Returns via Fulindi Returning items via Fulindi is very simple: you can return your purchase at your nearest post office or at participating tobacconists. Simply send an email to help.fulindi@hotmail.com and we will send you all the necessary instructions for the return.
Please return the item to us within 30 days of the order being delivered (or the date on which the order could have been collected).
RETURNING AN ITEM FOR A REFUND.
We understand that you may not be satisfied with your purchase and simply wish to receive a refund. Provided the item is still in its original condition, we accept returns in accordance with the following rules.
Any item returned within 30 days of the parcel’s delivery date or the date it was made available for collection will be fully refunded via the same payment method used for the order.
Return postage costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a replacement, we will cover the shipping costs.
We undertake to refund the purchase price to the customer within 14 days of receiving the item at our warehouse.
If you wish to request a refund within the above-mentioned timeframe but are unable to return the item for any reason, please contact us, as in such cases the refund will be at our sole discretion.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE DEADLINE?
We do not accept returns of unwanted items sent after the deadlines specified above. If you make a return after the deadline has passed, we may be forced to refuse it.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
The sender is responsible for the return shipment until it arrives at our warehouse. Always request a proof of posting in case we need to verify it at a later date (this is available free of charge at the post office and other outlets).
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The hygiene and safety of all our customers are paramount; for this reason, certain important rules must be observed.
You are, of course, welcome to try on an item as you would in a shop, but we ask that you do not abuse this privilege. If an item is returned damaged, showing signs of use or in poor condition, no refund will be possible and we may be forced to return the item to you (charging you for the postage). All returned items are carefully checked upon arrival at our warehouse.
All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging.
LIABILITY
You are responsible for the items you wish to return until they arrive at our warehouse. Please pack them carefully to prevent any damage during transit.
For the same reason, we recommend that you always request a return receipt, in case you need to present it at a later date (this receipt is available free of charge at the post office and other authorised outlets).
RETURNING A DEFECTIVE ITEM

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Once the return has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your refund.
If you are returning items from multiple orders, please send them in separate parcels, with the items from each order in a separate parcel.
We will refund the price paid to the account you originally used for the purchase (this also applies to sale items). The amount will be credited to your account within 10 working days of the refund date.
