LOST PARCELS

Fulindi accepts no liability if an incorrect address is provided during the payment process. Please ensure that your billing and delivery addresses are correct before confirming your order. In the event of an error, we accept full responsibility for the original order placed in your name.

We are not responsible for shipping costs once the items have been dispatched. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more parcels may be sent to you and that customs duties may be applied upon arrival in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. However, as delivery is free, it is sometimes not possible to track your order.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN A SINGLE PARCEL?

If you purchase multiple items, everything will, of course, be shipped in a single parcel and delivered together by the courier!
